Product Manager, AI Security
Remote (US / EU / Israel)•Full-time
Own the product vision for our AI security platform. You'll work at the intersection of security, AI, and developer experience to build tools that help teams ship AI agents safely.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product roadmap for Cylestio's security platform
- Conduct customer research to deeply understand developer and security team pain points
- Translate complex security and AI requirements into clear, actionable product specs
- Prioritize features based on customer impact, strategic value, and market positioning
- Work closely with engineering, design, and research to ship high-quality features
- Define success metrics and use data to drive continuous product improvement
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of product management experience in B2B software
- Technical background: comfortable discussing APIs, data models, and system architecture
- Experience with security products, developer tools, or infrastructure software
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Experience working with early-stage or high-growth startups
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML products or platforms
- Background in cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC
- Understanding of open source business models and developer GTM
- Previous experience building for developer audiences
