Senior AI/ML Engineer
Remote (US / EU / Israel)•Full-time
Build the AI systems that secure AI systems. You'll work on behavioral analysis, anomaly detection, and the ML infrastructure that powers Cylestio's security platform at scale.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement ML models for agent behavior profiling and anomaly detection
- Build real-time systems for threat classification and behavioral drift detection
- Develop evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for AI agent security
- Optimize ML pipelines for production scale, latency, and reliability
- Work with researchers to translate cutting-edge findings into production systems
- Contribute to our open source AI security tools
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in ML engineering, with production systems experience
- Strong Python skills and deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
- Experience with LLMs, embeddings, transformers, and modern NLP techniques
- Solid understanding of MLOps: model deployment, monitoring, and versioning
- Experience building data pipelines and working with streaming data
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with security, observability, or anomaly detection systems
- Knowledge of agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGPT)
- Contributions to open source ML projects
- Experience with real-time inference and low-latency systems
